Welcome to Cultivayo, glad you are here!

Since the first time we met in 2012, we started to geek out about human friendly work places, modern management practices, employee engagement, feedback, performance management and so much more.

Having collaborated on several projects in the past, we're proud to present our latest venture to improve the workplace for all humans involved: Cultivayo.

Our shared passion is to fix work. And we believe that most effective way to do that is to liberate managers from old school and outdated management practices that just don't work. Our management training solutions help managers elevate the performance of their teams by leading with greater humanity and care for their people. It is both possible and wildly effective. We can show you how.

We're excited to welcome you on board and have you learn with us.

Thanks for stopping by,

Jason and Linda

About Cultivayo

Cultivating human potential

Liberating managers to cultivate human potential

We want to fix management.

Our shared dream is to teach 1 million managers how to lead with humanity, compassion, and a deep belief in innate human potential. When we change work, we change the world.

Improving lives by improving work

We believe that work and what happens through work has the potential to not only change lives, but to change the world.

Fixing work isn’t just about improving results, it’s about helping people be better parents, spouses, neighbors, and friends. Our vision for the future of work is about the well-being and happiness of everyone involved.

About Jason Lauritsen

Hi, I'm Jason.

I am the CEO, Co-Founder and Head Coach of Cultivayo.

My goal is to liberate managers from outdated and inhumane practices so they can cultivate human potential at work and improve people’s lives.

What I teach is informed by decades of experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, and employee engagement researcher. My insights have been described as a “secret weapon” by leaders who strive to create a more engaging and human work experience for their people.

People tell me that they enjoy my authentic and vulnerable storytelling. I use story to challenge you to see things differently and change your perspective on management.

My passion for fixing management likely started with my very first (and very awkward) supervisory job on a corn detasseling crew when I was just twelve years old. From there, my relentless curiosity about human behavior and a series of terrible job experiences over the following decades galvanized my commitment to find a better way.

My own management experience ranges from startup CEO to Fortune 1000 executive. I also spent several years leading the Best Places to Work program for an HR technology company, where I gained deep insight into some of the best workplaces in the world.

I am the proud author of two books, Unlocking High Performance: How to use performance management to engage and empower employees to reach their full potential and Social Gravity: Harnessing the Natural Laws of Relationships.

About Linda Jonas

Hi, I'm Linda.

I'm the Head of Member Experience and Partnerships, Co-Founder and Performance Coach at Cultivayo. Excited to be working with you!

I first realised my interest in people and cultures growing up bilingual and experiencing first hand the difference between Poland and West Germany in the 1980s. But it wasn't until I finished my studies in the UK and travelled around the world for one year that I understood my passion and life long quest to build bridges between all kinds of humans.

In the last 10 years, my focus has been helping companies around the globe to create better work environments. I lived as a global nomad for many years, working and managing remotely as well as collecting stories from the world of work. Thanks to my involvement in helping to build and grow a performance management software, I got to work with over 700 companies to improve feedback as well as performance management practices.

From early on I got to experience the power of relationships, community and helping others shine. I love partnerships, creating win win situations and sharing stories to inspire everyone in making continuous small improvements.

Hence, I am now stoked to support individual leaders to be successful, equiped to thrive and enhance the work experience for all involved. If you'd like to partner with us, please get in touch!

Besides travelling and exploring, I love wood work, nature and photography. And I have two collections that I'd be happy to discuss. Just ask me!
